אנו אוספים את הפרטים שאתם מוסרים בעת הזמנה או פנייה: שם, מייל, טלפון, העדפות הזמנה ופרטי תשלום. Stripe מעבדת את פרטי הכרטיס; הם לעולם אינם נשמרים בשרתים שלנו.
3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע שלכם
אנו משתמשים במידע שלכם לניהול הזמנות, שליחת אישורים ופרטי השייט, עיבוד תשלומים, בקשת ביקורות לאחר השייט, מענה לפניות ושיפור השירותים שלנו.
4. בסיס משפטי (GDPR)
Contract performance (booking fulfilment), legitimate interest (service improvement, audience measurement, how you found us, review requests), and consent (marketing communications).
5. עוגיות
We use essential cookies to run the site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used from your first visit. Google Ads counts the bookings that come from our advertisements without advertising cookies, and we do not use ad personalisation or retargeting. We also measure the audience ourselves, without cookies and without knowing who you are. When you book, we note with your booking how you found us (the site you came from, the page you arrived on, any ad campaign), to see which channels work; this stays with your booking data. You can stop all of this on your browser at any time with "Do not measure my visit" on the Cookie Policy page. We do not use a Meta (Facebook) pixel.
6. שיתוף מידע
אנו משתפים מידע עם Stripe לתשלומים, Resend למיילי שירות, Supabase לאחסון מסד הנתונים, Vercel לאחסון האתר, Google Analytics ו-Microsoft Clarity. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.
7. שמירת מידע
נתוני הזמנות נשמרים 7 שנים לצורכי הנהלת חשבונות. נתוני שיווק נשמרים עד שתבטלו את הסכמתכם. ניתן לבקש מחיקה בכל עת.
8. הזכויות שלכם
לפי ה-GDPR, ניתן לבקש גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלת עיבוד וניוד מידע, וכן להתנגד לעיבוד. למימוש זכויות אלה, כתבו ל-contact@privateseinerivercruise.com.
