2. Data vi samlar in
Vi samlar in de uppgifter ni lämnar när ni bokar eller kontaktar oss: namn, e-post, telefon, bokningsönskemål och betalningsuppgifter. Stripe hanterar kortuppgifterna; de lagras aldrig på våra servrar.
3. Hur vi använder era data
Vi använder era uppgifter för att hantera bokningar, skicka bekräftelser och information om båtturen, hantera betalningar, be om omdömen efter båtturen, besvara förfrågningar och förbättra våra tjänster.
4. Rättslig grund (GDPR)
Contract performance (booking fulfilment), legitimate interest (service improvement, audience measurement, how you found us, review requests), and consent (marketing communications).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used from your first visit. Google Ads counts the bookings that come from our advertisements without advertising cookies, and we do not use ad personalisation or retargeting. We also measure the audience ourselves, without cookies and without knowing who you are. When you book, we note with your booking how you found us (the site you came from, the page you arrived on, any ad campaign), to see which channels work; this stays with your booking data. You can stop all of this on your browser at any time with "Do not measure my visit" on the Cookie Policy page. We do not use a Meta (Facebook) pixel.
6. Datadelning
Vi delar uppgifter med Stripe för betalningar, Resend för servicemejl, Supabase för databashosting, Vercel för webbhosting, Google Analytics och Microsoft Clarity. Vi säljer inte personuppgifter.
7. Datalagring
Bokningsuppgifter sparas i 7 år för bokföringen. Marknadsföringsuppgifter sparas tills ni återkallar ert samtycke. Ni kan när som helst begära radering.
8. Era rättigheter
Enligt GDPR kan ni begära tillgång, rättelse, radering, begränsning av behandling och dataportabilitet samt invända mot behandling. Mejla contact@privateseinerivercruise.com för att utöva dessa rättigheter.
