Booking and payment
How do I book?
Choose your boat, date and time online and book in a few minutes. Your booking is made straight away, and every detail reaches you by email.
How do I pay?
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, secured by Stripe. The full amount is reserved on your card when you book, then charged shortly after. In the rare case your boat or time is no longer possible, we call you to offer another time or boat. If none suits you, the hold is released and nothing is charged. For a cruise 10 or more days away, you can also pay by bank transfer within 5 days, and your slot stays held. There is no deposit and nothing to pay on the day. On the Dolce Vita only, extra bottles can also be paid on board.
Is the price per person or per boat?
Per boat. The Dolce Vita price covers up to 12 guests. On the Felicità, La Pinasse and Curaçao, the price includes 4 guests, then €100 per extra guest (up to 11, 10 and 6 guests).
Can I book for tonight?
Yes. If a time is shown, it's bookable: up to 3 hours before departure on the Felicità and 4 hours on the Dolce Vita, or 20 minutes when the boat is already out on an earlier cruise that day.
Are there dates with special prices?
Prices are the same every day, including public holidays, with two exceptions. On the evenings of 14 July and 31 December, regular evening cruises are replaced by a special evening cruise with its own price. On 31 December, daytime cruises on the Dolce Vita are 30% higher.
